  • Will need to pay for more advanced features

Filmora is a Windows application that allows you to record what is happening on your screen and provide audio commentary. There are many programs available like this, and Filmora offers a few basic features, but there is not much in the demo version to differentiate it from the variety of programs that are already on the market.

On the plus side, the program is easy to download easy to use and provides users with access to this basic service. It is a small file and doesn't take up much space on your computer. It also comes with some very minimal editing features that you can use before sharing a file. Filmora also comes as part of a larger suite of editing features, so it integrates well with these programs. Since this is the case, you likely won't have a hard time getting tech support or questions answered. Even better: The program is free, although this is a demonstration version only.

Unfortunately, the program doesn't come with a variety of features that are relatively common to programs like this. It's editing features are very basic, and it doesn't appear that the program integrates with other, commonly used programs. It has limited uses, but for more advanced requirements, you'll need to pay for the full program. Filmora does have a more advanced program that you can pay for, so that is worth keeping in mind. This program does come with additional features that can be very useful.
